The fixation on SP and the exchange ratio are generally level one thinking (narrow focus)
The following recent corporate actions by Burwill speak volume :-
- aquired from open market 5.5m AMAL shares at 0.36
- signed strategic alliance with China Minmetals Group (Fortune 500) to develop supply of lithium battery cathode materials etc
The alliance is a huge give away of what lies ahead and this is exciting.
One lesson I learnt from my investing experience - always look at the big picture first and if you like it then search for fine companies to invest.
The merger provides a solid entry point (for new holders) for both AMAL and TAW and I (together with some experienced posters here) will certainly add position if Mr Market behaves irrationally.
