This is interesting news. I wonder if they're planning on spinning these projects off so that they can merge at closer to 1 for 1 with AMAL instead of a heavier split weighted towards TAW. That would certainly reduce the disparity in assets and future valuation somewhat with Cowan not being included in TAW.
