Why couldn't CSE sell at "top dollar"? The SYR holding is a significant one for a strategic buyer. The company (SYR) has also just entered the ASX200 meaning various funds are mandated to purchase so there may be an opportunity to offload the holding to non strategic buyers.
Whatever, CSE is not a forced seller, rather it is a holder of a strategic parcel that the directors will be expecting a premium for.
