How does this mob get into a dispute over state based payroll tax? It is the most basic level of compliance.
Another point given payroll tax across the states is on average 5% of payroll costs - how does PCK get an assessment for $1.2m (excluding the penalty). This implies a massive payroll cost - circa $25m. The share based payments were $10m in 2020 but still, the assessment is out of whack (unless a few years of poor compliance).
How does this mob get into a dispute over state based payroll...
