a real company in the making

A post I made on another site I wanted to share over here too :)

Just a reminder that we have to remember that the directors are looking to the long term future of the company, not moving the share price short term on preemptive, over the top valuations and assumptions, the market will value the company at each stage of their growth cycle. This is also the reason why they are withholding results such as the h. pylori and drug/alcoholics trials in an effort to ensure the appropriate patents and protection are in place. It is not because they are having problems getting the protection into place, they are making extra sure that it is done properly, and this is critical. Rushing something now may have a short term positive effect on the SP, but could very well have a long term lasting negative effect on the future of their company.

This is something that some of the more researched holders will already know, hence their patience and understanding. I am directing this post at those who are just joining the SLA train, and maybe don't quite understand this. Back in 2005 the directors were made quite aware of this importance when a write up in a research paper prior to appropriate measures being taken to secure IP protection caused 'issues' down the track, that have since been overcome, and this is something they will not do again. Therefore it is patience that is required here.

That said, I think we can remain confident that approval will be finalised this month sometime, hopefully sooner than later. I am thinking it will be as close as next week, but once again if it isn't I am not worried. It is not only Solagran that are being careful with how they move forward here, but also the Russian Ministry of Health, but ultimately it is all positive imo, and we know that they are in the final stages of the 'rubber stamp'. The processes are in place for a reason, and the directors and investors have no reason to feel concerned. We are nearing the final stages of a REAL company making process, and once finalised, we will all sit here and think to ourselves 'what were we worried about!' lol. Think about it, this will be history making for Russia as well, with Ropren being the first undertaking like this for a drug manufacturer since the early 1980's!!!

As mentioned below, there is so much more to come. H. Pylori trials, chronic alcoholics/drug addicts trials (supposedly huge!), strategic partner in Australia for Bio A, Vagif is in Europe as we speak, and we all know he will be presenting at the European Gastroenterology Conference to over 2000 European specialists, Bioprospects deal bringing value to Solagran through their animal nutrition, animal health and agriculture business, and the list goes on and on.

I have enjoyed my ride so far, kicking myself for not being on Solagran from a much earlier stage such as some of the members on here (I envy you lol). But, having ridden the share from the high 20's low 30's, and topped up along the way, I can't complain. I have even continued to top up as recent as last week, and I am confident with my investment. I have also enjoyed bringing another family member, as well as a good friend along for the ride!

Now, lets see what the coming weeks bring us shall we!

    Cheers Greg
