As I read the announcement TBH don't get part of that $60 million. They get the rights to stream vision from that dog track and provide odds through the Global Tote and their bookmaking clients in Australia/Asia the UK. So it's relying on punters in other parts of the world developing an interest in American dog racing before this particular deal becomes profitable.
