Get deal approved by end of May, one month later restructure staff to just the core Global Tote requirements (save 100k a month in wages). Then focus every bit of energy the company has to getting Global Tote approval across as many bookies as possible. Note that the $6mill will only give the company seed for the 'next 12 months of operation', thus it has a 6 month window to start generating decent Global Tote betting commission and then a further 6 months to get that commission up to a sustainable level to support the business. At the current .11c a share the business is valued at approx $18mill. The Global tote suite of products should currently be valued at around $25.5m - $27.5m, then if you include the $6mill for the sale of the retail, there is definite upside to .18c - .20c a share. The only way it goes above that level (back into the 25c - 30c a share region) however is once serious commission revenue from GT is being generated.

Not having a go but other than dart throwing how do you come to 30c share based on GT? These guys are a given for over promising under delivering. GL regardless will keep following
