Beguiling Bill Beament, NST and their North American backers pay little heed to regulatory matters or contract law. They are all very busy trying to keep air in their bubble as they flit from deal to deal, never staying still long enough to be critically evaluated.
Our regulators have no appetite to take on NST on anything at all. I find it quite disturbing that during the takeover shenanigans designed to damage TBR and RND and the subsequent laughable attempt by NST to steal the EKJV that a board member of NST was, and continues to be, a member of the Takeovers Panel. Nice story in itself given the only possible beneficiary of those actions was NST itself - certainly not the TBR and RND shareholders.
