    I think what is bad is that NST are being accused of short changing their JV partner. If proven NST will have to repay monies, and damages to TBR - we have no idea of what is the values at stake but it will be substantial. If TBR are wrong they might burn some legal costs.

    Long term this adds value to the TBR shareholder.
