    A better comparison would be DXN which has been an unmitigated disaster for all (maybe not management pay packets) - it's still digital infrastructure which I agree is attractive in the right circumstances, albeit its sub-scale relative to the size of investment required in this style of asset. Constructing a ~2MW data centre in the regional backwater of Guam is hardly exciting (certainly none of the big cloud providers rushing to set up an availability zone in Guam...!).

    To be considering a buy-back less than 6 months after listing is a terrible use of capital if the opportunities are as attractive as claimed (particularly given they are so capital intensive). That they are already changing the structure of the investment is also a poor look. Clearly this was rushed to market on the back of excitable interest in 'digital infrastructure' and an opportunistic real estate play on Asia Pacific Data Centre Group...

    360 Capital are very good at raising funds and extracting management fees - doesn't make the funds a good investment. It's best to look past the investment buzz words.
