What's not to like about this fund? Yet the unit price keeps on falling! Now $1.69, a discount of 16% on last October's IPO price of $2, and 15% below NTA. They've got a good and growing management team, they're rolling out the dark fibre network, the Guam data centre build seems to be going well, they've forecast distributions totalling 9 cents per unit for the current and next quarters (yield of 10.7% if annualised), and said they will look at capital management initiatives (unit buy back?) if the discount to NTA doesn't improve. Looks like a good buy to me, but am I missing something?
