Who would know what the breakdown of this business model is - has it plateaued due to competition, are competitive offers making inroads into their market share, will switching focus from small business to larger business operations actually work and so the questions go on. The questions go on. Small business actually got them to this point now they are switching focus. Spectrum may provide revenue but at what cost. All this customers have to be serviced with people - and that costs money - millions. Take a look at the expenses. What do JCurve get - a fixed commission.

They have no control over their own profitability.
