    JCurve have consistently failed to break 15m in revenue and that interview did nothing to tell me they will achieve anything different, their attempt to partner with MYOB selling their ERP failed dramatically, a CEO saying if we did not achieve any sales is OK as we will still sit at 7m revenue is laughable when a previous slide outlined churn of 6%, if that carried on for 3 years their revenue would drop to 5,814,000.

    The RIYO platform has a number of flaws, in some cases companies have maintenance contractors who they would turn to and for example if you needed a locksmith most humans would go back to basics and just ring someone up from a google search, that's as digital it will be. Also JCurve need to prove RIYO themselves before embarking on a channel distribution model and I doubt they have the channel expertise to build one successfully.

    As for acquisition, behave yourself you only have 4m in the bank, the pretense that they think they are important is another sign of disillusionment, here are the key facts 600 customers in 12 years, failure to break the 15m revenue in the past 6 years, RIYO not performing as expected, very little money to make a meaningful acquisition and 80% of the company owned by very few, I would not be investing in this.
