As a long term investor in QPM who is keen to see the TECH Project get up for so many reasons, I am happy to be patient, come what may.
I do get the feeling that progress in some areas has been slower than expected (eg. HPA is clearly still half baked). I agree though that the costs environment and capex estimates for the project should be significantly more favourable in Q2/Q3 next year.
To each their own.
