I would like to see a detail breakdown on the Indirect cost especially the Projects Indirect. A vague 495mil, which is 25% of the capex stated with no clarity is not acceptable to be honest.
Look if you need to spend that money to entice/favour some big shark for funding, go for it.
A free dinner or gift is worth the spending.
Just show us the numbers.
