Stage 2 capital costs, I would assume, means that the USA EXIM bank might come into play. Hazard to guess, but I think this would indicate that 1 of the 2 other credit agencies would be them.
Regardless to this, there is not much to add until Q2 / Q3, as until the term sheet is released, we wont know the conditions.
