I find it odd, that no one else is even talking about the HPA. It's like 30% of the revenue and the pilot plant isn't even built yet ( let alone it's DFS).
What would the IRR be with the HPA excluded? And will the financiers want to see the HPA DFS before finance? If so expect some more delays imo.
