Your right, the market is a shambles, thats why i thought QPM would have been smarter and not released this announcement without supported funding.
They have really left it looking like its a chance of not progressing, which is why its dropped so much.
I thought with everyone celebrating their genius, they would have expected this response if they didnt show commitments to support at the same time.
Makes me think they wanted this.. or not understanding the current market.
As one poster said, the lower or SP goes, the less likely it looks, so the shouldn't have wanted this reaction.
Maybe they are sure of support, therefore this is just good buying for the right people.
