Is any of this actually different to what had been expected? The size of the project is huge and I think the detail and work that's gone into this is incredible. The team is first class and I think it's going to be a big deal for QLD Government, Aus Fed Government and locally for the Townsville region.
Congratulations. NPV is great and the funding will come no doubt. Excited for FID now!
