Hate to say it, for those looking to make a quick buck off the DFS.
I would say there this is going to be a drop in SP at least in the short term.
Already more units for Sale than wanting to buy now and clearly everyone is fixating on the Capex.
Even though, they do mention they is peak inflation time and we are already heading south but hey, they needed to report now unfortunately.
I think people at least until the FID is confirmed people are going to view this a risker endeavor now.
