I think finance was a matter of the ones with money requiring solod evidence of returns and how the project will work financially. Its all there in great detail now and GM have seen the numbers, POSCO have seen the numbers, LG CHEM knew the numbers. Its going to be a huge project.
People think that we are going to struggle for the mone? How does everyone think other large projects get built around the world? How do multi billion dollar O&G projrcts get built? How do huge chemical plants and Gigafactories get built? Debt finance runs the big industries. FID not far away.
