The latter years contribute very little to NPV due to compounded discounting. It is highly sensitive to capex of course as it is incurred upfront.
You can replicate the results approximately by punching in -2000, +100 (ramp up), +250 (ramp up) and then +400 thereafter (steady stage, roughly 550 less tax).
