    What do you mean? It clearly states capex $ required and stage 1 & 2 is 2.1 + 1.75 (additional) for a total of $3.85bn

    The reduction for stage 2 would be due to supporting infrastructure already built and 1.75bn would be for stage 2 processing plant capacity.
