Huge overreaction in the market yesterday.
QPM stated (and then retracted.. must have been a "whoops" moment when someone wrote what hadnt been announced/secured) that they have over $1bn (Non - dilutive funding) waiting for post DFS approval (EFA, NAIF etc). Once these funds are confirmed, it will reinstall some confidence.
