    I'm a dog am I?...Someone reported your post before I could reply. Not sure why you needed to go there. I said there are headwinds..I didn't say it's a foregone conclusion.

    Funding will actually be interesting to see. Because it's changed alot. Interesting doesn't necessarily mean good. Do you know how debt may affect the IRR?..
