    Perdaman is building a 6.5b AUD Urea plant near Karratha. It's a 'chemical refinery' as well, not a mine or a oil and gas platform.

    debt and equity on plant not coy. State funding by end of year.

    NAIF = 220m
    Perdaman (private coy) ~250m

    QPM will get it done IMO.
