Yes very much so. The days of spruiking sp with immaterial announcements are over following GSW/BIG/BUD and Asx coming down hard on unsubstantiated disclosures. And 4Cs have not been pretty in many of these young tech potentials , interesting softwares with great value propositions but business model not yet validated. We dont even understand what revenue potential they can get out of every deal announced- sounds promising but still in pilot stage and meanwhile share base has been incredibly bloated by issuance of performance shares and options to management (see my post on 8/2/18). Actually I dont like to say this as I have a soft spot for this stock as I did well but mkt cap is too rich for me at this point based on its commercial progress to date, hence IMO some caution is warranted.
