Re CRs what gets me is when companies issue at some small percentage discount as if it is a big deal when really it is meaningless given how much sp swings in a short time. I reckon that as the shareholders own the company it should not be shy of giving them a meaningful discount.
So if cash is needed there are 3 possiblities - revenue growth, CR, third party investor.
