Until we see a sizeable shift in revenues, we can compare against GSW valuation. YOJ Is trading at Mcap of $127m based on 16.5c close while GSW is now trading at $90m. I know no one would imagine comparing their stocks against GSW but objectively GSW valuation now has full stripped out all its contract potential but it has a $50m cash position and a software platform that is also similarly under trial and a revenue position that slightly ahead of YOJ. At $90m, YOJ would be worth about 12c although 15c looks to be a solid support. So downside IMO could be 12-15c especially if demand is not there for the support on the downside. My concern lies more in two aspects (1) what happens to sp when next 4C again shows no material revenues and coupled shortly with (2) another CR that has to be done at a discount...when that happens, the mcap/revenue position would continue to stay unsustainably very high and unless market sentiments improved broadly, interest could wane and sp continues to drift , waiting for evidence of market traction for its value proposition. Would this end up like Rent.com (see my posts)?
