Recession won't happen every 5yrs Ronnie, if any recession happens it will be minor the big crash was a long build up for years due to greedy f.....ds. I smell a fear investor, looks like someone who will follow the market and miss opportunities due to listening to others. If anything the housing market and stocks could go up and people miss the boat due to fear. Just remember most people lose money on the market by not making a move and when they do it's the wrong move. The people who make it are ones who watch the stock, take a risk and go for it, it's all apart of the game some people make it and some don't ( I may not make it but I won't go to bed dreaming about what if).
Some people call it a thugs game but at the least you can make a call on what stock you load up in all IMO.
