Just for fun....lets analyse the ESOP statement.
They might not be options, needing conversion as such in the future. Might be loan shares issued NOW.
PS: I'm fully onboard with the ESOP. Is it affecting price short term? Who cares, in 5 weeks time when EMA news arrives it will be history.

This is an opportunity for the Board and Management to participate in shareholder value growth above $0.08 per share. At a price of $0.08 this would represent a significant premium to the recent trading in the Company’s shares.
