There was a video late last year and example of how it appeared possible to basically top up your account in WorldPhone without making any payment. Every-time you pressed the buy credit button it would add credit, without needing a real payment.
Hopefully whatever flagged your account was just them being overly cautious after the old vulnerability and they aren't still seeing this type of activity.
