Great progress !
Regal have 12 million shares representing 11.31% of the company.
They have just lost $220 mil on their OPT investment. I wonder if they are looking to reduce their CYC holding among a host of other biotech holdings to provide much needed liquidity across their funds.
If so, the overhang could be around for some time. On the flip side there has been no change in substantial shareholding. Maybe nothing to see here.
