Regarding Raptor's gcos, neither BYE nor MEL have quantified a gcos number from what I can find. I spoke with MEL on the matter and all they are prepared to say is what has already been released to the market i.e. "it has a very high chance of geological success" as per their Feb. 25, 2019 release below which you've seen. From my perspective, I support a high chance of geological success based on the subsurface data at Raptor and hoping for a commercial success with healthy cashflow before the end of the year.
