we're all aware these things can take a very long time but when your cash burn is over 10m a year and your revenue is a fraction of that, you can't afford to have customers test for years without some kind of deal up front. This news, if it was from any other company, would've triggered a commercial deal or a milestone payment at the very least
i.e. if you get the expected results then we have a deal, if not, we want to be compensated for what we've achieved
