I am with you; they need to get the DRI side financed. I am convinced the process they are going through at the moment must have a tie in to securing finance for DRI. I do think if we look back to the first MOU announcement with the Saudis, they have pushed a lot further with them than any other MOU party over the last few years, in a very short space of time, so there must be some sense of a bigger commitment financially pending I believe. Sure, it may involve other financial players also; but I think if they lock the Saudis in any, even partial, financial facility... others will join.
