Have a read of page 28 of Prospectus regarding the issue, con notes with FV of $1 which will be converted to shares at price of $0.35
So 12 months from issue, all debt raised for this will convert into 4,186,112 new shares, not accounting for approximately 9 million options which holders could choose to exercise if price hits 35 cents
