So you've been making regular contact with management, who not doubt, told you all about the firm and formal commitment from NMDC and NLC and how some kind of pilot plant would be built some where. Yet, NMDC are no longer formally or firmly committed, NLC aren't funding anything and no pilot plant is being built anywhere.
I can't see how management satisfied your concerns when the things you were concerned about didn't actually happen. Are you sure you were listening when you rung them up?
