Without this, NLC & NMDC wouldn't even entertain the concept of a tripartate agreement. Certainly NLC wouldn't be still entertaining the idea. And certainly NMDC would have shut the door on our face (i.e. a 'firm and formal' non commitment to said agreement.)
$30 million? NLC is still a billion $ company.
