And I have used word and edited it over the week end. Its harder to do this because it takes so much time so I miss out on being a part of the conversations live. Im happy to speak about the general topic you asked me about though.

Now about ECT to answer your request of me and talk about what you wrote.

•I believe there are good techs available within our company, but it is never guaranteed a good tech makes it to market just because it is agood tech. I agree with many there are some severe issues with the ability ofour management team to put the critical deals across the line, but am not surewhether getting rid of them is the most prudent nor strategic approach as Ibelieve they are learning partially from their mistakes. This is demonstratedin their consistency across holding Q&As ( no matter how bad the stockprice is they are still fronting up ), some demonstrated humility particularlyas of late, and despite the odd bit of unneeded arrogance along the way whichdeteorates their credibility. I do question whether it is lip service(particularly when they offer to answer questions, then disappear)”.

I also think that if what the company is announcing is factthen there are good tecs available from the company. And I agree that there aresome severe issues with management. I don’t think that it is there ability toput critical deals across the line. I think it is there approach to how tomanage what the company needs right now and how to implement what is needed. The smartest thing that they should be doing right now is discovering whichcompanies in Australia could use their ready to go product Coldry as asubstitute to whatever those companys are already using. Gas for example. From whatI have read and had dictated to me there are a great number of companies thatcan replace the gas that they use with coldry. Those companies can be pitchedeven if it is only to gain feedback. They can be sent a free sample to beanalysed at those companies labs and “formally” request feedback from thoselabs. That would be proper independent feedback. Then ECT could admit wherethey are going wrong with Coldry rather than continually telling everyone wherethey are going right. They are definitely not going smoothly with Coldryotherwise customers would be lining up. Its obvious to me that they arestruggling for Australian customers to entertain business with ECT. ECT havenot even told there share holders what that company from Tasmania that theysent Coldry to intends to do with ECT in future business. Why? Just throwingColdry at companys isn’t working so independent laboratory feedback will tellECT why they are not getting repeat customers. Repeat customers are where thefuture lays.

To say it in a mild way it is suspicious that ECT are payingthere most expense intensive employee so much money for being a consultant andchairman when he only has a background in finance. I think that a company thatcan afford to pay over $300000 to one desk worker should be paying that moneyto a person who has worked in the coal industry and who can give ECT commercialpathway guidance and only ever consult a finance guy when they are needed undercontract. Having him in the team for 12 months a year when he is creating whatSP3 calls creative finance is not contributing enough to ECTS pathway tobecoming commercial.

Anyone who has not been a specialist in the coal industryshould not be on the team of Coldry Sales apart from a salesperson. The peoplethey have working there right now cut their teeth in ECT so they would be blindto the outside success that other potential workers have who have worked insuccessful companies. It would be different if these inexperienced workers wereon a lot less money but they are on a massive income with really no experienceoutside of ECT. That is poor form from the board of directors to be supportingthis structure. Which brings me to the board. They need to find people who areworth what the company pays. They should not be keeping poor performing peopleand that is that. Its not on. Its not done and it is not the structure that anysuccessful company that I know of have ever used.

These things I am talking about are basic issues that putcancer in the company. And cancer never goes away without being treated properand seriously. I can understand why some people here have said that this is aboys club. Why are the board of directors not showing these poor performingpeople the door? Why are major share holders not showing some of the board thedoor? I have no idea about there relationships but on the outside because I cannot find answers for why certain people are not being shown the door it tellsme that this could very well be a boys club which is another cancer. ECT arenot showing share holders that it’s not a boys club that one thing Im sure of.

Stocktalks, again it is not up to you to tell me where andwhen my chances to prove myself come along and you will have to swallow that yetI will answer your patronising attitude.

You asked me “here is your chance to be constructivescatterpult. The past is the past, and let's assume the board we have is cementedin:•What actions would you take to quickly start generating sales in the areas wecan generate sales
•What actions will get our complex technologies (Say Coldryand Matmor to start) to the market as quickly and efficiently as possible, andunder terms that will be in our best interests
•What solutions do you have for our current situation?

So first. The board choulld not be and is never cemented in.They have proven themselves to be B grade and the cancer should be treated. They are choosing poor performers and continuing with poor performers longafter they have been chosen. It is time to stop blaming NMDC. The board and ECTworkers lead ECT down this path along with major shareholders who have a stronghold. It’s cancerous because ECT is losing fingers and toes. The board is noand should not be cemented in. If I was you I would adjust my attitude on thisor you are doomed to repeat what has so far already been repeated before. Goodluck there. So here are my thoughts on your comment to me.

:•What actions would you take to quickly start generating sales in the areas we can generate sales

I would find out why the product wont sell from a technical pointof view. A scientific point of view. And environmental point of view. Find outwhich point of view is lacking. Employ an outside and totally independant consultanttemporarily to review where I would find suitable buyers. Use laboratoryfeedback from the process I mentioned at the start of this post. It is notready to “quickly” begin sales but do you know why? You are making theassumption that it is ready but we have had no repeat customers so something isterribly terribly wrong there.

•What actions will get our complex technologies (Say Coldryand Matmor to start) to the market as quickly and efficiently as possible, andunder terms that will be in our best interests.

Outside consultant that is not a friend to any of the board, any of the employees and who has never seen nor heard of coldry but who isfamiliar with substitute fuel markets who can tell ECT who wants what and howto list Coldry’s benefits according to customers needs. And show ECT how to flexiblytaylor sales pitches to suit each customer instead of having one general salespitch. They need honest outside criticism and professional customer generationlists.

•What solutions do you have for our current situation?

    Already answered.

So you see Stocktalks im not just an old fart who is worthtaking a stab at I do have knowledge and am as constructive as they come and Isee very little constructiveness on this forum and the younger generations oftoday have little respect for the old school ways. I extend that comment to thecurrent management who seem too arrogant to take on ways outside of their own acumen.. I see a lot of anger about it from what you call rampers or the knockers. Theway I read it they are sick of the celebrating attitude that goes on here whenwhat has happened is that a charred zeppelin has fallen from the sky theyinflated it to. They made so much celebration and it all burned to the groundand peoples lives have been burned with it. Seeing them ask for accountability andwatching the ECTREP invite questions and then dodge answering them is a reallet down and it angers people. I even asked the REP if NMDC and ECT actuallyhave a formal agreement in place to continue with building a plant in India andI was ignored. The REP and announcements did everything to imply that a plantwas going till to be built and that the lignite coming from India is a part ofthat plan. Whoever writes those announcements and I think it is Glenn Fozardseems happy to let people think whatever they want but if they are thinkingsomething that is not accurate unlike other companies he doesn’t send the ASX aclarity letter. This concerns me because it was he who stated that he did notwant a false market to be created out there. I believe that there are a list ofthings that are currently creating a false market or an unclear market at leastand he is not taking the steps to release a clarity statement about thosethings. Maybe we should start a thread on here called “ECT-REP please giveclarity on these things so as to tidy up this potentially false ECT market”.

False markets are cancerous. So this is another example ofthe cancer that is rippling through to ECTS share holders. I hope I have answered all your requests now but I do want to say Stocktalks that I don’t think im alone when I say that you disguise your sarcasm as humour. In my case you disguise irony with your obvious intelligence and tongue in cheek ridicule and it goes against you as much as my poor writing goes against me. Maybe more. It makes your ego look bloated if you want the honest feed back. I don’t appreciate it and I don’t think any body appreciates feeling put down when they have no control over their poor ability to write and read. I never needed to do this in my business life I was always hands on and solved things with conversation. The one on one situations in my life are why I became so successful. Writing is not so much a skill by comparison because almost everyone can write. Knowing how to communicate in person and understanding the instruments of negotiating walk all over nice letters. Personal. That’s all I say about that about that side of my and your response to my internet profile. Have a good day.

Last of all it is a fact that lignite can catch fireeasily. How come NLCS lignite is not catching fire then can someone tell me? WhateverNLC have done to make sure that there lignite is not catching fire while it ison its way to Australia tells me that ECT have an international market and thatColdry can be sent over seas.
