I forgot to say that one thing I tell my kids is that they key to smooth sailing is to work out how they live there lives.
We can be flexible or we can be stubborn. An audio book taught me this. If you look at a river it has two banks. One side is flexibility and too much flexibility gives you kaos. The other side is rigidity and too much of that creates stubbornness and life is stagnant.
If my kids work out there flexible sides and there stubborn sides and find a way to move away from the bank then they have a balance between the two and they can float comfortable down the river of life without to much drama.
ECT could use that story I think. If they look at what has held them back and what has taken there control away they find there stubborn and stagnant side. Then they can look at what they have done to be too flexible and what has created kaos for them.
And its is only when they do that that they know how to float free down the centre of that river and commercialise there products. Just soudning professional and making up 3 letter initials and announcing what they intend to do all the time is completely useless. It would be nice to see an announcement about what they have done not what they are doing. What they have ironed out not what they are pressing on with. And what they have humbly discovered can improve there business structure instead of always apearing to be so arrogant and in another word stagnant.
