Couldn't they have come out of suspension and also said we'll release full details soon? Seeing as though they didn't, the announcement is obviously going to be huge and have a big positive impact on the share price, so I'm guessing they want to release full details the moment ect starts trading again so the share price doesn't take a big fall and then has to recover when the full details are released.
Wishful thinking I know.
