Wow, two ticks for "great analysis". I humbly accept them in the spirit they were offered. Not completely undeserved though, it took great analytical skill to come up with such a profound and searching question, particularly on a cold Canberra morning before my brain warmed up. A warning to all though, do not, at home, attempt research on such a scale, until your brain is completely warmed up. Such pressure can permanently destroy some of the analytical portions of your brain, and if left untreated, you are likely to participate in another CR. Nightmares are made of this. J L.
