re: Ann: Technology used by University of Que... Maxineamillion, I think I am right in saying that a license is not required if the work is purely research. If there is a push towards commercialisation, then a license is required. I could be wrong but if I am right then EvanTee2 could be right in the assumption that lots of "research" could be going on without BLT being aware of it or needing to license it. Such work would only become public when papers are published.
