I have been watching for a while, I agree 1 boat no talks of expanding that I could see, could be a bottom here however cost of sales and employee expenses chomp up the revenues, cannot find much that would pump the price. There is low SOI and a good amount held by the top 20, but without an expansion or major cost cut, I am not sure the share price has the power to run unless a technical breakout?
