AND, why the term 'in-principle agreement ' ? Why isnt it a freken agreement, is there an out hidden in there somewhere.
When the closely-knitted cabal on the board have allowed this for so long, they look to me to be just nodding heads on that Waislitz wagon as it rattles along caught in the ruts on the road. Its not a good look for independent governance on behalf of all holders and not just for the bandleader.
I am surprised the large holder Mutual Trust arent choking on their doctrine of service to the people.
