I wish I had bought again this morning at 1.7, got scared, thought something terribly went wrong that I do not know about. All good at end of day, naughty short sellers.
I don't think network outrages etc would have much effect on the company in the long run, people tend to forget and move on if fixed quickly. Bad things happen to utilities at times, we know that, its out of their control for the most part. Even if this outrage caused a one time churn of 2% from Tel services, this only justifies a little over 2% SP drop.
Not gonna keep Tel for long, all big Australian/NZ telecoms are failures just like Telstra. Joining the party for a quick bounce :)
