Damn. I was hoping for a resolution rather than requiring litigation. I have no idea how strong the case is. On the surface of it, it sounds reasonable for MAH but without knowing the terms of the contract or the performance to date, its an unknown. Fortunately for MAH the future is still bright and in time, this will be just a blip.
