It's partly because revenue is not known/guaranteed yet. We have almost no guidance on how much that will be or indeed when other than a vague timeline. So news hypes it up short term, until then.
Also, bots manipulate the price down a bit, there is plenty of evidence of this in the form of tiny trades all day long like $100 amounts.
Also, the market might not understand the technology yet.
IOT is popular and hyped now because people know what selfies are, they don't necessarily understand the full scope of ADRC devices. Maybe this presentation will help that as it actually has some detail.
