    BLE is essentially low power Bluetooth with the same capabilities as Bluetooth 4 iirc. RF4CE is Zigbees tech from memory and allows easy connection and control over other connected products along with being low power and secure. iirc (if I recall correctly)

    To add to this, Telink has important patents on BLE tech too
